3. Use License

You may use up to 25 pictures on your own website without asking for permission as long as you adhere to the following conditions:

You must give a link back to www.carpictureworld.com or one of the pages on www.carpictureworld.com;
You do not remove, modify, alter, obscure or cut off the "Car Picture World.com" logo watermark

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You do not own any of the pictures you may use, and cannot transfer, sell, rent, or lease the pictures or your rights to them to anyone or any company or institution.

For use pertaining to print publications, displays, signs, presentations and other things, you must ask for permission first. Licensing fees may apply depending on the use. You can contact us at contact@carpictureworld.com

By using this website, you also agree not to:

attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on CarPictureWorld.com's web site;
transfer the pictures or materials to another person or "mirror" the pictures or materials on any other server (this clause does NOT apply to the 25 pictures you may use on your own website as stipulated above).
